Our technician will come to your home and diagnose the appliance. Once he has completed the diagnostics, he will refer to the “National Appliance Flat Rate Service Book” which is based on the national average time it takes to repair your problem. You will be given an exact quote which will include all costs associated with getting the technician to your home. Your quote will include all labor, parts and tax.
If you choose not to repair the appliance, you will only be charged the Minimum Service Visit for your area.
